Heya Jim,

hopefully my email got through to you (my hotmail accounts rubbish, so I can't be sure), mentioning which of your pages I'd like to use for your Temple contribution. In case the email didn't get through the pages/toons are as follows: Ganjaman Hot Come Back, Through My Eyes, Marijuana Girl Vs Neo-Con Woman (2 pager), plus the Shakes/Marijuana girl pin-ups.

If you could let me know ASAP if it's okay to use these it'd be most helpful - as I wouldn't want to put them in without your confirmation (in case you'd prefer other pages to go in, or for any other reason).

Cheers Jim! Look forward to hearing from you soon.

hope the chest is back to normal Dave.
nearly finished the first part of valley of the gwanja story that me and Alan Grant worked on,and still colouring the what if ganjaman had a power ring story, also translating ganjaman into russian for a polish edition of soft secrets in january.that makes 6 different languages he's published ,so you can imagine the time it takes to translate them to,which i have to do myself once the translater sends me the text.
looking forward to getting into the next part of the shakes.specially since i can leave the lettering to you.

Heya Jim,

hope the move goes well. No worries about putting the Shakes on hold for a bit - I'm a little behind on things myself at the moment due to having had a two week chest infection. Getting better now though.

Look forward to seeing more Shakes in the new year. Have a good one!

Hi there Jim. Just thought I'd pop by and see if there's been any progres with The Shakes Episode 2. At a guess I'd say you're busy working to a zillion different deadlines at the moment (I know that feeling!) .

No rush, as always. I'm just eager to see more of your art!

Excellent news. I eagerly await the next page of The Shakes to convert into a Rok comic toon. Gotta letter up a few Drink Like A Fish toons at the weekend also (which seem to be selling very well in Pakistan, at the moment)

Got back from my holiday late last night. Still have a 6 hour train ride to look forward to tomorrow though. Argh!

Glad to hear you beat that deadline. And glad to hear you're on The Piss (local Scottish brand, that).

I eagerly await more of The Shakes. I'm having a great laugh writing something that's unrestricted by the boundaries of good taste and decency.

When we've got a couple of episodes together, I'll send them to Wasted and see what they make of it. If you're able to provide a short Bio for Rokcomics advertising purposes, that'd be a great help too.

Episode Three of The Shakes is now up at Rokcomics.

I can sympathise with you having a brick for a phone, Jim. I also have a brick. Further more, rather than having one of those trendy cases on it, it has been coloured by my fiancee, using bright red nail varnish. I figure it's the ultimate theft deterrent. Anyone who steals it will be sure to return it, out of sheer embarassment.
