Couple of things stand out on my bits... The small press directory. The Dragonfly can be removed for the moment and on the Cosmogenesis and The Prison the links need to be changed from clownpress.com to adamgrose.com.
I had realised the small press directory web address for your comics would need changing, but figured that's probably a job for next time round (since John hadn't actually been notified about the change of web address until now).
I think what's more important right now is getting the final issue out there before BICS, so it can give INSOMNIA a bit of extra publicity before the event (though if John does get a chance to alter the web addresses before finalising the issue, I'm sure he will do. Removing Dragonfly might ruin the composition of the page, and may have to wait a little longer).
I'll download the issue tomorrow in my lunch break, and will have a go at putting it up on the site just to see if it's only John who's encountering that problem (it might be that there's a limit to how much we can upload here, in which case we may have to remove some video files etc).
Removing 'The Dragonfly' isn't possible at this stage, Adam. Basically I didn't think long term when planning the layout of the Small Press Directory, so when I remove one comic I have to move all the other comics after it to fill the space. I've been doing it all in Illustrator but now the Temple is growing I'm going to move over into Quark, that way when I make changes all the other pages update automatically - a lot quicker. In fact seeing that it took three solid days to put this issue together I think I need to streamline things, so I'm going to move everything into Quark. Hopefully then it should take hours instead of days.
But the website links are possible to change - and I'm doing them now.
Also from now on I'm going to send an email out to everyone in the Small Press Directory to see if their comic is still on sale or if there is any updated information.
Hurrah! That seems to have worked. If you have any problems uploading the final issue John, I should be able to sort it out (providing I can work out how to attach it to the front page - you may have to give me a few pointers).
I've checked through the issue and reckon it's pretty much complete (perhaps just a 'Mature readers' label on the front cover). So great work dealing with so many darned corrections. And it's nice to see Tony made it in there with a 'miniscule' 30 page contribution (some bloody impressive art there, Tony. Especially the coloured stuff which looked highly professional).
If you're not able to put up the final issue properly John, then 'rapid share' it in the forum and I'll sort it out in my lunch break on Thursday.
